Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Outlaws pieces as much as we do. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

How do I return / exchange my items?

Wrong size? Or want a different ring? Or just want a refund?

Easy peasy. Just head over to our Return Portal to take care of your return.

Exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order for free.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.

Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.

When will I receive my exchange?

You will receive an email notification with your new exchange order right after your returns request. We aim to ship out your new exchange order within 5 workings days after your return has been received at our warehouse.

Do I need to pay for the return?
Unfortunately we’re currently unable to offer free returns for our Outlaws Members.

Lifetime Warranty

We are fully committed to creating and providing the best pieces for our Outlaws, which is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our pieces. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).
